- Job Description: The Director of Music is responsible for developing, recruiting, and providing leadership for the congregation�??s music programs (Children�??s, Youth, Adult Choral Choirs, Children�??s, Youth/Adult Bell Choirs). The DM will work with the Pastor, lay members and other music staff members in planning all worship experiences.
Qualifications: BA or higher in music or commensurate church music experience. Strong choral directing skills required. Keyboard skills strongly desired. Familiarity with sacred music in a liturgical setting preferred. Flexibility in leading traditional and contemporary worship services.
