- First Lutheran Church seeks a quarter-time Director of Music Ministry. Primary responsibilities include playing organ/piano for one Sunday liturgy per week and weekly rehearsal and direction of one choir, as well as working in consultation with the clergy and Worship and Music Committee in planning services.
The congregation follows the historic pattern of the Mass common to Lutherans, Episcopalians, and Roman Catholics, but appreciates a diversity of musical expression. The congregation has a pipe organ, a piano, handbells and other percussion instruments. Proficiency in both organ and piano is strongly desired.
